DON BENKOWSKI

President ,CEO

I started Ventiques in 2006. I am the inventor of the product itself, and President & CEO of the company. He has over 30 years of experience in the flooring industry. He loves knowing that his product can help solve a problem in the industry, and truly enjoys seeing a client’s happy reaction to making that happen. Outside of work, Don is busy with his dog Hank, which you may have seen in one of our Tradeshow Displays. He loves to play golf, shuffleboard and spending happy hour “meetings” lol, with his friends. He also enjoys traveling to his favorite Island of Maui in Hawaii. Don have lived in many places, including Alaska, Nebraska, and now currently resides in St. Wendel, MN. Don has strong Values about the quality of a product and why it is worth doing something right if you are going to do it at all. We pride ourselves in being able to give you the highest quality product on the market-the very same one we us in our own homes! Those same values guide the company and everything we do.

Nick began working for Ventiques in 2018. As Director of Marketing & Sales, he is responsible for promoting and growing the Ventiques Brand. Nick has built relationships with our retailers, distributors & suppliers over the years & works closely with them to assure the highest quality standards in our products. He is always there to help no matter what the task, from working on sales and building the brand, to even unloading incoming inventory from trucks, to stocking shelves, and packing orders. In his free-time, he enjoys spending time with his significant other Laura, and their dog Jaxson,and hanging with friends, & family. He also enjoys golfing, fishing, and being outside in the Minnesota summers. Nick lives in St. Joesph, MN. He is an avid Minnesota sports fan, routing for the Viking, Twins, Wild, and Timberwolves. One other thing he enjoys is the yearly road trips to the tradeshows in Las Vegas and Orlando for the company. They really get to bond as a team during those long drives in the vehicle. Lol. Boy is that fun!!!

Sales Executive

Kamille recently joined the Ventiques Team in 2022. She is currently working in Sales for the company and is also a full-time college student-athlete. She can handle any task that comes her way and approaches her tasks with confidence and passion. She has a great positive attitude and is willing to take on whatever challenge is in front of her to complete. Kamille enjoys spending her free time with outdoor activities & her family and friends. If you get the chance to talk to her on the phone, just remember she will always have a smile on her face, even though you can’t see it.
